1. General Information

• Sikha International Travel is a travel service provider offering international and domestic air ticketing, visa assistance, customized tour packages, and currency exchange services.
• Our registered office is located at Shop No. 207, First Floor, Shopprix Mall, Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad – 201010.
• All transactions with us are subject to the terms outlined here.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
• Prices are dynamic and may vary until the booking is confirmed and payment is completed.
• Customers must provide accurate details (name, passport information, travel dates, etc.) at the time of booking. Sikha International Travel will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Full or partial payment (as applicable) must be made to confirm bookings.
• Prices quoted include only the services specifically mentioned. Additional charges such as meals, extra baggage, seat selection, travel insurance, or local taxes may apply.
• Payments once made are subject to airline/hotel/service provider policies regarding refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to sikhainternational@gmail.com or by contacting us directly.
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to airline, embassy, or third-party policies. Sikha International Travel service fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take up to 30–60 working days depending on the concerned service provider.

5. Visa Assistance

• Sikha International Travel provides assistance with visa applications; however, visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
• We do not guarantee visa approvals.
• All visa fees, embassy charges, and processing costs are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

6. Currency Exchange

• Currency exchange services are provided in compliance with RBI and government regulations.
• Customers must carry valid identification as required by law.
• Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.

7. Traveler Responsibility

• Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, health documents, and comply with the immigration laws of the destination country.
• Sikha International Travel will not be liable for denial of boarding, entry refusal, or deportation due to non-compliance with travel requirements.
• Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sikha International Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and airlines, embassies, hotels, or third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss of baggage, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased from us.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking or inquiries is used only for processing travel arrangements and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

• Sikha International Travel reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
